We will explore how salt, acid, herbs, heat, smoke, and warm spices interact with hops, malt, bitterness, sweetness, and carbonation. Along the way, you will learn practical techniques for choosing seasonings, building balanced flavors, and creating better beer and food pairings at home.

No beer expertise or advanced cooking skills are required. Just bring your curiosity and appetite.
